1.The machine has PLC, touch screen, servo-control system, and the operation is easy, convenient, and accurate.
2.The host machine uses a four-poster-oriented double crank balance, so that reduces the parallel changes between the top operating platform and the main operating platform, and it ensures the cutting precision.
3. The machine has fixed cutter on the platform and both sides of the straight blade spring loaded plate pressing device, and this ensures glasses cloth cutting process does not occur in the offset phenomenon.
4. This machine utilizes a unique hydraulic system, which has two speeds, the speed goes fast when there is no load on the platform, and when it cuts, the pressure will run up. This ensures the machine can save the power as well as improve efficiency.
5. The machine adopts straight knife cutting in place, through the cylinder on the cutting board rotated 90 ??, and then cut, you can collect the finished product.
